About Kocee Reuben Ajie
There are a lot of factors that can influence positively or negatively in keeping investors interested in UK properties, i will summarise few of these points below;
- safe and secured business and property atmosphere
- Interest rate
- property value and marketability
- locations and accessibility
- property price moderation
- availability of modern property facilities and type and nature of property
- Negotiable tax rates and mutual concepts
In summary, if these criterions are met on the positive side, for example location, more investors will prefer to invest on a 10 storey building in central London than same building in Essex as more profits will be made with the one in the city, these are some of the major things to meet in ensuring we can keep investors in the UK.
